For the marinade, chop the onion very finely or grate it, then mix it with the oil, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, paprika, mustard, masala chat and pepper salt.

Chat masala is a mix of the following spices: hot peppers, salt, cumin, mango powder, black pepper, stews, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, ginger, asafoetida. In the absence, chilli works.
