Method of preparation:
Finely chop the onion and cut the cheese and tomatoes into cubes. Mix onion, meat, bread, egg, tomatoes and cheese.
Add two teaspoons of chopped parsley leaves, salt and pepper. Mix and shape into a bagel, then place the composition in a pan greased with oil.
Bake for 50 minutes on medium heat. When ready, leave to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, finely chop the greens and mix with the chopped garlic, yogurt and cream.

Preparation: rub the sweet cheese well with the powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar until all the sugar has dissolved. Add honey, cream and lemon peel and mix until smooth. Fill the pancakes with sweet cheese and serve with crushed walnut kernels.

Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle.
In another bowl beat eggs with salt, then pour over the flour. In this mixture add a little water and knead a dough until it sticks to your hands.

Pancakes with beef and vegetables
I don't make this recipe very often, but it is extremely simple and tasty. We did it more with the thought of us adults, but we adapted it a little so that it would be suitable for the little girl's lunch.
- 2 eggs
- approx. 300g flour (wholemeal I used)
- 150ml mineral water
- 250-300ml milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons oil
- a pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
- 500g minced beef
- 4-5 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- herbs of Provence
- approx. 150-200g cheese (optional)
Method of preparation:
- I grated the carrot on a small grater and chopped the rest of the vegetables. I smothered them in a little water and then added the minced meat.
- Over the meat and vegetables I added the tomato paste and left them over medium to low heat until the water evaporated. I did not add water because the vegetables and meat leave enough.
- At the end I added the spices and let the composition cool.
- I prepared the pancakes with the mentioned ingredients. I made them a little thicker than I usually make the sweet ones.
- In each pancake I put a generous spoonful of the meat-vegetable mixture and rolled it with the edges inside (as is the case with sarmales). I had some left over from the composition and I didn't have any pancake dough, so I made the last pieces with corn tortillas.
- I arranged the pancakes in a heat-resistant tray and sprinkled grated cheese on them (only for the big ones).
- I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
- If you want to get even softer pancakes, you can put a few cubes of butter and about 50-70 ml of liquid cream on top. I tried to limit the fat. Also for this reason, I did not add cheese over the girl's pancakes.

Pancakes with meat and mushrooms
Boil the chicken and pork well. Remove the pieces to cool and cut into small pieces.
Make a dough from the well beaten egg with a little salt, cold water and enough flour for a consistency like a thinner cream, from which bake 5 large pancakes or several smaller ones (depending on the size of the tray in which they will be gratina).
Fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil, then add the minced meat and mushrooms, put the melted tomato paste in a little water, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and leave on the fire for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Prepare a heat-resistant dish that is greased with oil, then place next to each other the pancakes filled with the composition of meat and mushrooms. Beat the eggs with the cream and grated cheese and pour over it. Put the dish in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Meat and cheese rolls
A dish as simple as it is spectacular! With just a few ingredients and a little patience, these meat and cheese rolls will make a sensation!
4 pieces of pork chop (thinner)
200 g of cheese
Method of preparation
Take each piece of chop and beat it with the hammer of the schnitzels to thin it and thus enlarge it.
Salt, pepper and place on each piece of meat, in the middle, a slice of cheese, cut lengthwise.
Finish lengthwise with a toothpick.
Give each roll thus formed by the mixture of beaten eggs, then by breadcrumbs, and by egg and last time by breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil and let it brown for a few minutes.
Allow the fat to drain, place the rolls on a paper towel and remove the toothpicks.

Pancakes stuffed with meat and mushrooms from: minced meat, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, oil, salt, pepper, cheese, eggs, mineral water, flour, onions, dill.
For the filling:
- 500 g minced meat
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 red or green bell pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 100 g of cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of mineral water
- 1 glass of flour
- 1/2 finely chopped red onion
- 1 link dill
Method of preparation:
Heat the oil in a larger pan, fry the minced meat together with the finely chopped mushrooms and the finely chopped pepper. Leave for a few minutes and add the diced tomatoes. Stir until the juice decreases, season with salt and pepper to taste, and set aside.
Stir in the pancake ingredients and season to taste. You need to make a thicker dough. Bake the pancakes in a Teflon pan, greased with a little oil.
Fill the pancakes, fold them and place them in a bowl. Grate the cheese on top and put them in the oven until they start to brown.
Macaroni bite with minced meat
The meat is minced in the robot. Wash and chop the green onions and parsley. Grate the cheese. Boil the macaroni in boiling salted water and a little oil for 8-10 minutes, then pass through a stream of cold water and drain well.

Saute onions and meat in 175 g of oil and 175 ml of water. After cooling, chop again. Add salt, pepper, green parsley, an egg and mix the composition. A layer of macaroni is placed in a pan greased with 25 ml of oil and lined with breadcrumbs, then a layer of meat composition and again a layer of macaroni. Mix the flour with two eggs and yogurt, pour over the moussaka, sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
The dish is served hot, with tomato sauce on top. It can also be served separately.
