It's the first time I use KitchenAid to knead bread dough, so I'm curious and looking forward to seeing the result.

I put flour, yeast and salt in the robot bowl (minus 150 g of flour, which I will add later). I started the robot on stage 2 and mixed for 15 seconds until the dry ingredients were homogenized.

I mixed the hot water, honey and oil and gradually poured them into the bowl, continuing to mix, also on speed 2 for another 2 minutes.

I added the rest of the flour (150 g) in the bowl and mixed for another 2 minutes, until the dough caught the hook and became homogeneous and elastic.

I spread the crust and placed it in a tray, greased it with the mixture of butter and garlic and sprinkled cheese and thyme on top.

I covered the tray with baking paper and let the dough rise for 40 minutes. In the meantime, I turned the oven to 200 degrees.

After it grew, I put the tray in the hot oven for 30 minutes. For the first 15 minutes I covered the bread with baking paper, after which I discovered it to brown nicely. If you like less brown bread, leave it covered for longer.

What else can I tell you? A very fluffy and very tasty bread came out.

Crispy bread with garlic and mozzarella

250 gr of mozzarella, shallow
5 cloves garlic, grated
100 g butter, softened at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Method of preparation

The oven is heated to 200 degrees C.

Saute the garlic over low heat with a tablespoon of butter and water until lightly fried.

In a bowl, mix the hot garlic with the remaining butter, salt and pepper.

The mixture obtained is spread on the halves of the wand.

Put the halves on top of each other, wrap in aluminum foil and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

Then, unravel and put the greased side up. Bake for another 7 minutes, until it turns brown.

Remove the halves of the baguette from the oven and sprinkle with mozzarella and oregano.

Put in the oven for about 2-3 minutes, until the cheese melts and the bread becomes crispy.


1. For the filling, combine the soft butter with the finely chopped onion and the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

2. Separately, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast. Then add the liquid ingredients: milk, egg and soft butter.

3. Knead the soft dough well for at least 10 minutes (it will remain sticky). Let the dough rise hot for an hour, covered with a towel.

4. Once raised, move the dough to a well-kneaded countertop and knead it again for 5 minutes, then let the covered dough rest for 15 minutes.

5. Spread the dough in a rectangle and spread the butter and garlic mixture on half a sheet. Bring the other half of the sheet over the greased side, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheese on top.

6. Roll the dough tightly, glue it well at the end and slice it like a roll, into 6-7 equal pieces.

7. Place each roll in a round tray, round and in the center, then leave the tray aside warm, covered for 40-50 minutes.

8. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheese on top, then bake the bread with cheese and garlic for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees, until well browned and pass the toothpick test.

Broccoli soup with toast and cheese

If you give up cheese, this soup can be a very tasty vegetarian dish.

Break the broccoli into small pieces and fry it in butter and oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and leave them together for 1 minute.

Pour 1 liter of concentrated soup over the vegetables and bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes. until the broccoli softens, but still has a strong color. Allow to cool slightly.

Pass in a blender with the rest of the soup and put it back to heat in the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the soup with slices of fried baguette on a grill stove and add thin slices of cheese on top of them until it starts to soften.

Garlic bread & # 8211 the best bread, ready in 25 minutes

Garlic bread is quick to prepare and very nutritious. The recipe is very simple, so anyone can make it. Try it yourself and enjoy the result. I am sure you will not fail!

Ingredients for garlic bread:

  • 1 loaf
  • 100 gr cheese
  • 100 gr soft butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A few parsley leaves

Method of preparation:

Put the cheese on a grater. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Mix the garlic with the butter, the grated cheese and the parsley leaves. The filling is ready.

Cut the bread diagonally, but do not cut it completely, but just enough to add the filling. Put with a spoon, a little of the filling in each cut.

Once filled, wrap the bread in aluminum foil or baking paper and put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake the bread for 20 minutes.

Bread stuffed with garlic sauce and cheese

Ingredient:100 g cheese or cheese, 100 g mozzarella, 2 bundles of green garlic, 1 loaf of bread (400 g), 100 g butter, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional), a pinch of pepper, 1 bunch of parsley.

Method of preparation: Grind the bread lengthwise and widthwise into squares without cutting the entire bottom. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix with the melted butter and sesame seeds.

Put an aluminum foil in the tray and place the bread. In the created spaces, the butter and garlic sauce is introduced with the help of a silicone brush. Place slices of cheese and mozzarella in the tops of the loaves. Sprinkle the ground pepper and finely chopped parsley on top. Cover the bread with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven at 180˚. Bake for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and keep in the oven for about 5 minutes. We will get a crispy bread with a juicy interior.


Cut the bread from one end to the other (horizontally and vertically), but do not bring the knife down. Melt the butter by the bain-marie method. Meanwhile, fill the bread with the slices of cheese indicated above, inserting them from place to place. Grind or finely chop the garlic cloves, then add them to the melted butter. BREAD WITH CHEESE AND GARLIC

Dough: mix the yeast with water and olive oil and start adding flour. We do not put it all because it is possible to enter less. Knead until you get a non-sticky dough. If you need more flour, add more. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.

Mix the melted butter with the grated or finely chopped garlic and the finely chopped parsley. We cut the cheese into thin slices.

Spread the dough on the floured work surface so as to obtain a rectangle with a length of 48-50 cm. Grease the dough with the butter mixture then sprinkle the cheese pieces. Roll the dough lightly then join the ends so as to form a crown. We pour a little of the butter mixture and to grease the bread.

Put the bread in a round tray (25 cm in diameter) or in a tray on baking paper. We cut lightly every 7 cm with the knife then grease the bread well with the remaining butter.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C until nicely browned, about 30 minutes.
